Design |
Our in-house design team is committed to working with clients to develop innovative and imaginative design concepts for interior fit-outs and refurbishments. CAD plans and 3D sketches are created to ensure that every detail and finish has been approved, prior to commencement of site works.
The design team will also apply for the appropriate local authority approvals and liaise with planning departments, building management and landlords if required. Nonetheless, our designers remain in regular contact with our clients throughout the contract to ensure progress to completion, in accordance with commitments and expectations, is given the highest priority and visibility.

Estimating |
Our experienced team of specialised shopfitting estimators ensures that accurate costings are provided for all design briefs.

Project Management |
Our clients are assigned a project manager who will meet regularly with the client pre-contract, as the contract progresses on-site and through to handover, ensuring the client is updated at every stage of the project.
The project manager is responsible for liaising with the design, setting-out and estimating departments, and ensuring that the job runs smoothly on-site.
R&C Shopfitting project managers have all been in the business for over 16 years and their considerable experience in managing staff, subcontractors and delivery schedules ensures that projects are delivered on budget and meet deadlines.

Setting Out |
Our setting-out department works closely with our designers and with some of the country’s leading design companies to ensure all critical details of the contract are considered. Detailed surveys are carried out before producing full size setting out drawings and cutting lists for joinery manufacture and stainless steel fabrication, using the latest CAD technology.

Manufacturing Workshop |
Our factory area is where all the shopfitting components are manufactured, hand finished by specialist joiners and fabricators, and finally despatched to site.

On-site Works Management |
We recognise the crucial role played by the site foreman and his team on every project and our on-site personnel are carefully chosen for their experience and technical skills and also for their abilities as good communicators. It is important that our site foremen liaise well with clients, subcontractors and project managers and that everyone is fully and effectively briefed at all times.
Clients are obviously welcome on site at any time and it is the site foreman’s responsibility to update the client on progress, make sure any amendments to specifications are made and ensure the scheduling of subcontractors continues to flow smoothly.
